How it works
Parts are laid out in rows with the cutting gap between them, in both orientations; the better layout is shown. For mixed or odd-shaped parts the Nesting Studio packs true shapes.

What sheet sizes do you cut?
Our tables take sheets up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm; we also stock 2,500 × 1,250 and 2,000 × 1,000 mm sheets.
Does a better nest make the job cheaper?
Yes. On tight nests we charge the sheet area used when that is lower than the part weight.
