These terms apply to CNC plasma cutting quotes and orders placed with Pro Steel Solutions Ltd (company number 15490914, VAT 514014346), Unit 9, Heaver Trading Estate, Ash Road, Ash, Sevenoaks TN15 7HJ.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown in the nesting studio and price calculator are estimates. A quote is confirmed only when we reply with a reference. Quotes are valid for 30 days. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated. The minimum order value shown on the website at the time of the quote applies.
Ordering and payment
There is no online payment. When you approve a quote we issue an invoice, payable by bank transfer before collection or dispatch unless a credit account has been agreed.
Your drawings and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of drawings, dimensions, quantities, material and thickness in your request. We cut to the geometry supplied and are not responsible for errors in customer data. Please check the nest and part previews carefully before sending.
Tolerances and finish
Plasma cutting typically achieves ±1 mm on profile dimensions, with a slight bevel and dross on the cut edge that varies with material and thickness. Small holes (below roughly the plate thickness) may be undersized or tapered. Finishes offered are as-cut, deburred or primer only. Tighter tolerances must be agreed in writing before cutting.
Collection and delivery
Parts are collected from our Ash workshop (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm) or delivered by arrangement at an agreed cost. Risk passes on collection or delivery.
Cancellations and defects
Orders for custom-cut parts cannot be cancelled once cutting has started. Please inspect parts on receipt and report any defect within 5 working days; we will re-cut or credit parts that do not match the approved drawing within tolerance. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected parts.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
