About the bend allowance calculator
Flat blank length for a folded plate from the K-factor, inside radius, thickness and bend angle.
How it works
Bend allowance = angle (in radians) × (inside radius + K × thickness). The flat length is the sum of the straight legs plus the bend allowances.
