About Brass
Brass is a copper and zinc alloy with a warm gold colour. It is mostly used for decorative parts, plaques and signs.
Grades: CZ108, CZ121. Thickness from 1 mm to 12 mm.
Typical uses: House numbers, plaques, decorative panels and trim.
Edge and finish
Brass cuts more slowly than steel and the edge needs finishing for display work. Thin brass is best for fine detail.
